The SIPC / ISPC.commits to respect our member’s private life and from any other contact and any other nature whatsoever, and conforms in all points to the legislation about the private life and individual freedoms (law n°78-17 of the 6 January 1978). A part of our members any information collected from the SIPC / ISPC will not be disclosed to third parties. Pursuant the 34 article of the computer law and freedoms since the 1 August 2000, somebody who is the subject of any information collection has permission to access, modify, rectify and oppose, and delete the personal data concerning him/her either by mail (SIPC / ISPC, 36 rue du Parc de Clagny, 78000 Versailles), or online in the contact form. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTCS and the contractual relationship between The SIPC / ISPC and the Customer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France unless local law is of public order or more favorable to the Customer. All disputes or differences that may arise in connection with or in relation to these GTCS, or in connection with the relationship between the Parties, shall be first submitted to a consumer mediator. Should no amiable settlement be reached, any disputes will be submitted to and definitively settled by the Courts of France.
